Mini-Tennis Academy

Some of our "Mini-Murray" Talent Squad players who received some coaching from top coach Judy Murray (and mum of Andy!) September 2009

The Mini-Tennis/JNR Academies provide coaching for younger children between the ages of 4 and 14 years, currently on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.

We now have our NEW Tots Tennis session for a great introduction to tennis and general sport skills for kids aged 3&4yrs, with fun equipment and expert coaching to give them a great start with their co-ordination - giving them a good foundation for all sports.

All sessions are packed with lots of fun and coaching to help with tennis and other sports.

All groups run outside at CAMPION TENNIS CLUB but most groups run indoors (see venues below) from November to April.

11.30 Jnr Academy 2 (8-10yrs) + Girls Academy (8-12yrs) - Sacred Heart lower site

12.45 JNR Academy 1(9-14yrs) - Campion TC

SUNDAYS - 

10am TOTS/RED 4s (4-6yrs)    -  Crosby LC

11am RED 2s/ORANGE 4+3s (7-9yrs)    - Crosby LC  

MONDAYS-

4pm RED 4&3s (4-8yrs) - Crosby LC

5pm Red (invitational) - Campion TC

TUESDAYS -

4pm RED 4 +3s (4-8yrs) - Crosby LC      4pm 6+u Talent (invite)

5pm RED 3s/ORANGE 4+3s (6-9yrs) - Campion TC    5pm 9+u Talent (invite)

6pm U14/12s Team Training by invite

WEDNESDAYS -

4pm RED 4 +3s (4-8yrs) - Crosby LC

5pm RED 3s/ORANGE 4+3s (6-9yrs) - Crosby LC

THURSDAYS -

4pm "Mini Murrays" /Mini CARDIO TENNIS (Invite Only) - Crosby LC

FRIDAYS -

5-6pm Matchplay session

Location / Times

The Mini Tennis Academy is outdoors at Campion Tennis Club (Blundellsands) from April to October and we're running more groups indoors than ever before at Crosby Leisure Centre & Sacred Heart's Lower site's Sports Hall,  throughout the winter.
